Training Administrator role at Fortem Solutions
Fortem Solutions is recruiting for a Training Administrator to be based in our Sheffield office. This is a part‑time role working 10–2 Monday–Friday, 20 hours per week.
Client
Fortem Solutions is a nationwide business specialising in the Social Housing sector. We provide Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Capital Works and Retrofit workstreams within Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring all first‑level training enquiries and responding or escalating as required.
* Tracking receipt of all accredited certificates and following up as necessary.
* Updating the learning management system with attendee lists and certificate records.
* Booking courses through our learning management system using approved internal or external trainers/suppliers and maintaining relationships.
* Reviewing pending assessments.
* Managing new starter and leaver administration.
* Supporting the overall development of the learning management system with new courses, initiatives and other areas in conjunction with the training & development team.
* Other ad‑hoc duties as required.
What You Will Need
* Strong organisational skills and experience working in a fast‑paced administrative setting where multitasking and attention to detail are key.
* Experience identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
* Preferred experience in a Training function (not essential).
