About the Role
ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are delighted to be supporting a high-quality nursery in Warwick in recruiting three dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join their professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for passionate Early Years professionals seeking stable, permanent positions within a supportive nursery environment. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering outstanding care and education for children aged 0-5.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
* Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing across all age groups
* Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* Maintain accurate observations and assessments to track children's progress
* Work collaboratively as part of a professional nursery team
* Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
* Support daily routines including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive nursery culture
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Level 2 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised qualification)
* Previous nursery or early years experience (desirable)
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and best practices
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Caring, professional, and reliable approach
* Commitment to delivering high-quality childcare
* Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Desirable:
* Experience working across different age ranges (0-5 years)
* Paediatric First Aid certification
