Education Advisory Service Manager
Salary: £70,152 – £85,551 per annum

About the role
As the Education Advisory Service Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of the school improvement framework in relation to school provision in Wandsworth, building on effective partnerships with schools and supporting the strategic implementation of the Wandsworth school improvement policies. You will also have responsibility for monitoring inspection outcomes and overall performance, and will be the strategic lead for primary assessment and moderation.
Hybrid working: You will spend some time at Wandsworth Town Hall and in schools, but there will also be the opportunity for some remote working.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and partnership building skills.
* Past experience in school leadership and a depth of knowledge about school practice.
* Substantial experience of leading improvements, ideally including commissioning and/or brokering.
* The ability to provide high levels of support and challenge to schools.
