Job Description
* Lead, inspire, collaborate, and support your team to deliver consistently exceptional standards
* Build positive, credible, and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders
* Develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment
* Create a culture of excellence with your team, continually pushing boundaries through caring service, high food standards, and innovation
* Achieve critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial, and Governance
Qualifications
* Experience in events, hospitality, or high-end dining
* Background in contract catering or hotel/events hospitality
* Passion for food and customer service
* Enjoy managing, training, and supporting a team
* Financially savvy, analytical, and capable of managing budgets and driving performance
* Excellent delegation and influencing skills
* Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Meticulous organization and attention to detail
* Effective verbal and written communication
* Solution-oriented approach to challenges
* Strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills
