Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Aberdeen, is currently looking to recruit a Support Assistant for an initial 3-month contract with potential to extend on a rate of c.£13.27/hour PAYE. This role will be based on site. Responsibilities: To be part of a team that will be required to carry out a range of administrative and clerical functions needed to support the organisation Assist in the provision, preparation and collation of information, maintaining all records, files and systems Carry out general administrative tasks, such as word processing and data input, in order to provide a high-quality standard of service. Analyse information and schedule activities in order to contribute to the smooth operation of the Organisation’s Services team. Be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries where possible Handle petty cash and process invoices.
