Job Description
* Role: Healthcare Assistant
* Location: Lichfield, WS14
* Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
* Shifts: Part Time | Days | Wednesday & Alternate Thursdays | 8:45am - 3:15pm

Meet Our Client
A 4-year-old boy who lives with his family in Lichfield. He is a sociable child who loves music and enjoys interaction with others. He requires 1:1 support throughout the school day and his care team will meet him from his transport at school and support him until he returns home at the end of the day.
Due to his complex health needs, he requires support with feeding via NG tube, medication administration, oxygen therapy, respiratory care, suction, moving and handling, and full personal care. He is unable to communicate verbally and so it is essential that his care team are patient and take time to understand his non-verbal cues.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff. Our client’s parent have specifically requested female care staff to join their team.

What You’ll Need
* 3 months’ care experience
* Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
* Clear communication skills
