Enterprise Driver Recruitment & Transport Training is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven individual to join our team as a Senior Recruitment and Training Consultant.
This is a unique opportunity to step beyond a traditional recruitment role and become a true one-stop shop for clientssupporting both their temporary driver recruitment needs and their transport training requirements.

Delivering 15% of all Driver CPC training nationwide (1 in every 7 drivers trains with us)
Training approximately 15% of ADR drivers and 12% of Dangerous Goods Safety Advisors
Training around 750 Transport Managers each year

The Role
Manage and develop client relationships across recruitment and training services
Supply temporary driver labour to clients
Promote and sell transport training solutions
Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers
Drive revenue growth across both recruitment and training streams

What Were Looking For
Ideally 18+ months experience in recruitment
Strong sales ability and relationship-building skills
