About the role
We are seeking an experienced Psychotherapist to join our Clinical Teams at Underley Gardens School in Kirkby Lonsdale. You will collaborate to deliver assessments and interventions for pupils with complex needs, including autism and emotional challenges.
Your role involves implementing holistic therapeutic approaches, conducting assessments, preparing reports, and developing clinical services in partnership with the onsite team. You will also support staff and parents through training and guidance.

Requirements
* Recognized qualification (e.g., Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy) and registration with a professional body
* Level 7 qualification or Level 5 with relevant experience
* Strong report writing skills
* Registration with BABCP or NCPC, and HCPC if applicable
* Experience working with autistic individuals with complex needs
* Ability to work independently under supervision
* Experience in multi-professional teams
* Ongoing professional development
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
