Shifts: 8pm-8am

As a Bank Care Assistant on Nights, you will:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents during night shifts
Support residents with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility
Promote dignity, choice, and independence
Work collaboratively with the nursing and care team
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

* Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our 'Reward Me' app. Flexible pay is available via 'STREAM'.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
A kind, compassionate, and patient nature
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work flexible bank shifts
