What You will Do:
9. Drive the site’s infrastructure development plan, whilst also ensuring you and your team deliver.
10. Takeresponsibility for servicing other departments on-site, working in partnership with technical and operational colleagues as well as contractors to ensure buildings, utilities, and other equipment meet necessary standards
11. Lead and coach the Site Infrastructure team to ensure technology upgrades are achieved across the site, making sure key milestones and KPIs are met, and projects completed to plan.
12. Develop the talent to drive the department forward engaging them in the strategic vision and how they play their part.
13. As budget holder you will need to work closely with sourcing and technical colleagues to meet necessary financial targets.
Who You are:
With your success already recognised for maintenance-based project delivery you will be a proven leader who isresults driven and who meets business objectives through collaboratively working and coaching others.You will own mid to large scale projects and ensure they are successfully implemented- largely due to your multi-functional customer service delivery mindset.
Akin to these attributes you will be a natural effective communicator who can engage others to work to team and individual targets. You will be able to influence appropriately and challenge professionally so that the right decisions are made for the business. In summary, you are a leader of self, people and projects.
You will possess a strong engineering background in manufacturing and willdemonstrate your ability to lead projects and on-going site maintenance management.
