Site Project Supervisor
We are seeking a Site Project Supervisor to provide on-site oversight across construction and refurbishment projects. The role ensures works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the required quality and programme standards while acting as the primary on-site link to the project team.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the on-site point of contact, providing independent monitoring of quality, safety, progress, and compliance.
* Promote strong safety culture; verify RAMS, permits, isolations, and support incident investigations.
* Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
* Identify emerging risks, programme issues, and report clearly to the project team.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve access, logistics, and operational issues.
* Support inspections, snagging, asset data collation, and handover readiness.
Person Profile
Essential:
* Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of construction processes, technical standards, and H&S legislation.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments.
* CDM awareness and a recognised technical qualification (or equivalent experience).
