We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Admin Team Leader with proven experience in bridging finance administration. This role is crucial in ensuring our bridging sales function runs smoothly, service levels are exceeded, and opportunities are maximised.
The Role
As a Sales Admin Team Leader, you will:
* Lead, onboard, and train the sales administration team, ensuring strong knowledge of bridging finance processes and compliance requirements.
* Oversee workloads, set priorities, and step in to complete tasks personally to maintain service levels.
* Provide daily reporting, management information, and incentive tracking to support senior management.
* Maintain and optimise sales systems (Fusion & HubSpot), ensuring accurate data is captured and reported.
* Handle introducer queries with confidence, delivering exceptional service to maximise bridging sales opportunities.
* Ensure introducers are fully set up on systems with correct documentation, permissions, and licences in place.
* Suggest and implement process improvements to achieve best practice in bridging finance administration.
