* Promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat
* Effectively addressing customer concerns and working with internal teams to find solutions
* Ongoing training and knowledge of Weev EV products and services, as well as assisting customers with the ordering process
* Basic technical support, troubleshooting, and gathering customer feedback
* Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system
* Educating customers about the advantages of EVs and Weev, working with the sales and technical teams to provide a smooth and satisfactory customer experience

Essential Qualifications/ Experience
* Proven experience in customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Skilled at analysing and resolving customer issues, can adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft applications
* Ability to work well with cross-functional teams with a genuine passion for helping customers and being able to empathise with their needs
* Excellent organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
* Experience working within the EV Charging industry
