Position: Fit Out Site Manager\n\nLocation: Milton Keynes\n\nProject Value: £1.2m\n\nDuration: 24 weeks\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProject Oversight: Manage the fit-out works, ensuring timely completion within the 24-week schedule.\nToilet Core Management: Oversee the installation and finishing of toilet cores, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.\nLandlord Works Coordination: Liaise with landlords and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works within the agreed scope.\nHealth & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.\nSubcontractor Management: Supervise subcontractors, ensuring efficient work-flow and high-quality workmanship.\nSite Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including progress reports, risk assessments, and method statements.\nClient & Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, landlords, and project teams.\nProblem-Solving: Address any site challenges proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience in fit-out projects, preferably in commercial or high-spec developments.\nStrong knowledge of toilet core installations and landlord works.\nSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred).\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage £1m+ budgets and deliver projects on time
