We are seeking a Commercial Administrator to join our Contracts team on a 6-month fixed term basis. This role supports the commercial and estimating team with the administration of monthly payment applications and certificates for live construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Payment Administration
* Log and track incoming payment applications accurately.
* Match and reconcile payment certificates against applications.
* Maintain and update the commercial team’s payment tracker.
* Follow up with clients where payment certificates are outstanding.
Document Management & Reporting
* Organise and maintain records and document naming conventions.
* Support variation claim paperwork with project management.
* Assist in preparing summary reports for internal commercial meetings.
Team Support
* Liaise with Accounts Team to ensure approved documentation for insured credit limits.
* Provide ad-hoc admin support to keep the monthly payment cycle running smoothly.
* Assist with financial projects and estimating tasks as required.

* Previous experience in construction, property, or professional services.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Ability to work accurately with financial/commercial documents.
* Confident in chasing missing information via email/phone.
* Good working knowledge of Excel and document management systems.
