We have two vacancies: one based at HMP Leeds, and one at HMP Wealstun. Each role also includes 1–2 days per week at Askham Grange, a nearby resettlement prison.
You’ll work with individuals preparing for release, offering 1:1 casework and helping them overcome barriers related to housing, employment, finance, relationships, and more. This is a frontline role with no groupwork — the focus is on tailored, meaningful support.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience supporting prison leavers, vulnerable adults, or working within the criminal justice system.
* Ideally, existing prison vetting (but strong candidates without it will be considered).
