What You’ll Be Doing
* Taking full operational and compliance responsibility for the home
* Building and leading a cohesive, empowered team focused on quality, kindness, and consistency
* Driving improvements in care outcomes, resident experience, and team performance
* Embedding a strong culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement
* Maintaining high standards in safeguarding, CQC compliance, and clinical excellence
* Making bold, smart decisions with confidence—and owning the results
What We’re Looking For
* A Registered Manager with experience in a nursing or elderly care setting
* Experience as a nurse with active NMC PIN
* A decisive, energetic leader who inspires people to follow their lead
* Strong understanding of CQC standards and how to exceed them
* Someone who balances compassion with performance—who leads with both heart and backbone
* A problem-solver. A builder. A culture-shaper.
