Childcare Solicitor - Blackpool (Local Authority role) Contract role Hourly rate negotiable 1 x 37 hour Childcare Solicitor locum required The candidate will undertake a personal caseload in respect of all areas of childcare law, (including complex work relating to the provision of legal advice, drafting of complex documentation of the same and advocacy), to include advising clients verbally and in writing on legal issues in relation to childcare law. Locality to Blackpool is preferred due to office or Court attendance required of at least 1 day per week.
