What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Partner Development Manager to join the Financial Partnerships team. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the multi‑year, global strategies for building our relationships across many of our most important banking partners. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to manage and develop partners, think strategically, and apply diagnostic thinking to business, product, and technical challenges. You’ll earn trust with and influence others. A high‑agency attitude, the ability to raise expectations in changing environments, and a drive to create impact through ownership are all important in this role.

* Navigate, in partnership with Product, to execute deals supporting that strategy and help ensure a proper execution plan is in place.

* Demonstrated experience building proprietary global collection and payout networks.
* A proven track record of working in a product‑centric environment with significant internal and external dependencies across product, engineering, legal, sales, risk, and compliance.
* Broad and deep experience executing industry‑wide partnership strategies to build innovative product experiences and go‑to‑market models.
In‑Office Expectations
Office‑assigned Stripe employees in most locations are expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team, and location. For example, Stripe employees in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Bengaluru, Dublin, and other locations work 100% from the office. Some teams have greater in‑office attendance requirements, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach balances collaboration and flexibility.
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is £92,600 – £138,800. The range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. The salary range may include several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location. Specific benefits and details about what compensation is included in the salary range vary by location and can be discussed more detail during the interview process. Benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
