The Role -As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business. You need be business savvy and have great commercial understanding! -Your team will look up to you. It's important you're all about great service - and train, nurture & develop your team to maintain high standards and delivery customer satisfaction. -We're currently recruiting an Assistant Manager or a Deputy General Manager, so this role could be open to a Supervisor looking for their first Assistant Manager position, or an experienced manager looking to get some experience in an excellent company before moving on to run their own site.
