We're looking for a sharp, resilient, and highly skilled Referral & Assessment Social Worker to join a busy frontline team in North London.
You'll be the first point of contact for children and families, completing timely and thorough assessments to keep children safe and ensure the right support is in place from day one.

You must have:
3+ years' post-qualifying experience in a permanent local authority role (DfE requirement - non-negotiable)
Proven frontline experience in Referral & Assessment or Duty/Intake Teams
Confident handling CIN and CP cases from first referral through to planning
Social Work England registration
