Were looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our Customer Experience (CX) Directorate on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a busy, high-volume role acting as the main point of contact across a number of departments including our Contact Centre, Wholesale Development, Marketing & Communications, Processing & Complaints and Cash Collection & Management.
Youll support managers and employees with a wide range of HR matters, helping to ensure fair, consistent, and policy-compliant decision making in a demanding and fast-moving environment.
What youll be doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries across a large, busy directorate
Providing advice on performance, absence, employee relations, and HR policies
Managing HR casework and escalating complex issues where appropriate
Supporting sickness absence, capability, and performance processes
Coaching managers to handle people issues confidently and effectively
Supporting HR reporting, payroll deadlines, and wider HR initiatives
Building strong relationships quickly across multiple teams
