Quality Professional – IMS Implementation

About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Professional to lead the strategic improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS). This is a pivotal role in delivering a future-ready, compliant, and user-centric system that supports governance, quality, and operational excellence across Rolls-Royce SMR.
You will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of a new IMS platform as part of a major change programme. This role combines strategic planning, project and change management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory expectations, and digital innovation goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and own the IMS transformation roadmap and business case.
* Act as the focal point for IMS architecture and digital tool implementation.
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of the new IMS platform, including integration with other business systems.
* Apply structured change management methodologies to ensure successful adoption.
* Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and training programmes.
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards and nuclear regulatory requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement and performance analysis using data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For
* Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
* Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO and regulatory frameworks.
* Proven experience in project and change management within a regulated industry.
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
* Experience with digital quality management platforms is desirable.
Pay & Benefits
* Salary: £50,650 - £66,500
* Benefit Allowance: £2,200
* Bonus Opportunity: 12.5%
* Life Assurance: 6x pensionable salary
* Income Protection: 50%
* Holiday: 28 days plus bank holidays
