Job Title: Account Manager – Hospitality & Restaurant PR

An established PR agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager to work across a varied portfolio of hospitality clients, including fine dining, premium casual restaurants and pubs.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality or restaurant PR who enjoys building client relationships, pitching to top‑tier media and delivering creative, results‑driven campaigns. You’ll work closely with an Account Director while also managing day‑to‑day account activity and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client relationships, calendars and meetings
* Pitch to top‑tier media and secure coverage aligned with client objectives
* Handle media management from story idea through to publication
* Lead on press release writing and content creation, ensuring quality and creativity
* Oversee influencer outreach for reviews, partnerships and event attendance
* Plan and deliver campaigns and client activity calendars
* Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring KPIs are met
* Stay up to date with media trends and build strong journalist relationships
* Attend client meetings, launches and events
Who You Are
* Minimum 3 years’ agency experience in hospitality or restaurant PR
* Established media contacts within the hospitality sector
* Strong writing skills with a creative, strategic approach
* Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask
* Confident in managing clients and pitching ideas independently
* Passionate about food, drink and the hospitality industry
