Permanent, Full Time
Salary: From £29,606 to £32,341 per annum
Location: Uttlesford
Working Style: Community-based worker

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our Youth Service Team to support and develop youth programmes within West Essex, encouraging young people's active participation and personal growth.

The Role
You will support youth activities, work with communities, and develop innovative approaches to improve outcomes for young people. Responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with colleagues and partners
* Develop youth programmes based on evidence and creativity
* Engage with young people to ensure their voices are heard
About You
* Experience working with young people, including voluntary roles
* Ability to build relationships and motivate young people
* Committed to challenging prejudice
* Team player and flexible to young people's needs
Essential Requirements
* Minimum of JNC Level 3 qualification in Youth Work or working towards it; willing to undertake Level 6 qualification
* GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths, with good IT skills
* Right to work and study in England
* Residency in the UK or EEA for three years prior to start
* Driving license and access to a vehicle
