We’re working with a leading global technology organisation that delivers innovative digital solutions across enterprise environments, including cloud, infrastructure, and IT service management platforms. They are looking to appoint a Senior Presales Consultant to support growth across their Enterprise Service Management (ESM) offering.
The Role
This is a client-facing presales position where you’ll play a key role in shaping solutions, supporting complex sales cycles, and demonstrating the value of modern ITSM platforms.
You’ll work closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to:
* Design and present tailored solutions across ServiceNow and related platforms
* Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and technical engagements
* Develop and deliver proof of value (PoV) demonstrations
* Support and own responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals
* Create solution assets such as accelerators, playbooks, and migration strategies
* Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, aligning technology to business outcomes
* Contribute to pipeline growth through proactive presales activity and stakeholder engagement
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience in presales / solution consulting within enterprise IT environments
* Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform
* Proven experience supporting complex sales cycles and enterprise deals
* Ability to lead workshops, demos, and technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Freshworks, BMC, Cherwell, or similar)
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Commercial awareness with the ability to articulate business value and ROI
Desirable
* ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS)
* Experience in consulting or professional services environments
* Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling)
