The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, modern creative duo to join the team.
An Art Director and Copywriter who think together, push each other, and care deeply about craft.
This is an integrated role on a major UK brand. You will work across everything from big campaign platforms to social content, brand activations, film, digital, retail, tactical bursts and whatever else the brief demands.
We are not looking for siloed creatives. We want a team who can think big, execute brilliantly, and bring ideas to life in compelling ways.
If you can concept at campaign level but also jump into visualising, editing, writing, building and shaping the work yourselves, we want to see it.
What You'll Be Doing
* Developing strong campaign ideas that travel across channels
* Responding to briefs with clear, simple, powerful thinking
* Creating integrated work across film, social, digital, OOH and beyond
* Crafting standout scripts, headlines and long copy
* Designing, visualising and shaping the look and feel of campaigns
* Building decks and selling ideas with clarity and confidence
* Working closely with strategy, production and client teams
* Taking ownership of projects from concept through to delivery
Who You Are
* A junior to midweight Art Director and Copywriter team
* Agency trained, with solid experience working on recognised brands
* Conceptually strong, with portfolios that show campaign thinking, not just executions
* Obsessed with craft on both sides
* Art Directors who sweat typography, layout, film references and visual detail
* Copywriters who understand tone, rhythm and how to land a line
* Comfortable working across multiple formats and touchpoints
* Able to bring ideas to life yourselves through mock-ups, edits, scripts, visual references or rough cuts
* Curious about culture, modern formats and how brands behave today
