What You Do
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This role reports to the Global HRD – Operation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing senior stakeholders and developing comprehensive project plans for HR initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to drive projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stakeholder Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for HR projects.
o Facilitate regular meetings and communications with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
o Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
2. Project Planning and Execution:
o Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets for HR initiatives, utilizing data analytics and AI tools to enhance project insights and drive informed decision-making.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
o Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
o Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
o Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, achievements, and areas for improvement.
4. Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR projects and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
o Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and refine project management methodologies and tools.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Proven experience in project management, preferably within HR or a related area.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
