Job Opportunity: Maintenance Surveyor (6-month FTC)
Location: Covering Bridgend, Port Talbot, Neath, Swansea, and surrounding areas. Head office based on Newport Road, Cardiff.
Details: Join our Asset Management team as a Maintenance Surveyor on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. Responsibilities include pre and post contract inspections, managing voids and projects, providing excellent customer service, and monitoring works across the business.
Requirements
* HNC in a building-related subject or demonstrable equivalent experience.
* Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of construction Health & Safety standards.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database packages, including handheld equipment.
* Analytical skills to analyze data and report on trends.
* High standards of customer service and complaint resolution skills.
* Numeracy skills at GCSE level or equivalent.
* Full driving license.
* Enhanced DBS check required.
