Staffpower Group are hiring an Operations Administrator for a well-established company in Kirkbymoorside.
Key Responsibilities –
* Prepare documents following company procedures.
* Print and share documents as needed by different departments.
* Organise both electronic and paper files.
* Enter data into ERP and document systems.
* Handle other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
What we’re looking for –
* Ability to manage time well, plan tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Careful with details and thorough in checking work.
* Communicates well, quick to learn, and proactive.
* Works well in a team and can also work independently.
* Open to learning new skills
Experience –
* Experience in operations, manufacturing, or engineering design is helpful but not required.
