What You'll Be Doing
Create a positive, motivated team culture. Set clear expectations, provide direction and role-model the standards you expect in a busy, quick-service environment
Take ownership of results. Monitor team and individual performance, provide regular feedback and coaching, and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Champion service excellence. Handle feedback confidently, resolve challenges quickly, and continually look for ways to enhance the guest journey.
Oversee rotas, labour control, stock, and budgets to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Support ongoing training and career progression, building capability and future leaders within your team.
Maintain high health & safety standards and ensure full compliance with company policies and Burger King brand standards.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role within a fast-paced food service environment.
A confident people leader who can motivate, challenge and develop a team.
Comfortable managing high volume while maintaining strong attention to detail.
