A private markets firm is seeking a Human Resources Analyst with proven experience in investment management or financial services. This role will involve day-to-day HR operations including data and benefits administration, alongside responsibility for managing HR information within Workday. The successful candidate will support the wider HR team and management, ensuring employee queries are addressed promptly and accurately.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong HR and HR management skills with prior experience in investment management or financial services (essential).
* Expertise with HRIS, specifically Workday (essential).
* Proficiency in data analysis and benefits administration.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail with organisational ability.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent (preferred, but hands-on HR experience is more critical).
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain HR data in the HRIS (Workday).
* Support day-to-day HR operations, including data entry, reporting, and benefits administration.
* Ensure employee queries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist HR leadership with projects and ongoing operational requirements.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in HR practices.
