Health and Safety Advisor
Location: Hertfordshire / North London / North Thames
Salary: £50,000+ plus car allowance, mileage, pension and healthcare
We are recruiting for a Health and Safety Advisor to support a major multi‑site construction account across the South East. This role requires a practical, credible, site‑based safety professional who is comfortable working with operational teams in live environments.
Key requirements
* Housebuilding experience is essential (H&S or Site Manager)
* Strong understanding of live site operations
* Confident working with site teams and senior managers
* Able to influence, challenge and support where needed
* Comfortable covering multiple sites across a regional patch
* Practical, engaging and commercially aware approach to health and safety
Role responsibilities
* Multi‑site support across a live regional account
* Site visits, inspections and audits
* Supporting meetings and maintaining day‑to‑day site standards
* Working with managers and teams to improve culture and performance
* Providing practical support in a busy operational environment
