Pure are partnering exclusively with a dynamic and fast growing business on the recruitment of a Management Accountant, based on the outskirts of Cambridge which is easily accessed by the major routes into the city.
Established in 2013 this organisation has gone from strength to strength and has a growth plan to branch out into additional countries, due to the growth the finance team now have an additional requirement to support the Finance Manager, the key duties of this role are as follows -
- Working closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Manager to oversee the day to day operations functions across the group which is made up of 6 entities.
- Prepare the monthly group consolidated reporting pack which involves full balance sheet reconciliations for each subsidiary.
- Draft the commentary to the consolidated accounts for review by the Finance Manager
- Preparation of the bi-weekly payment run
- VAT compliance
- Liaise and support the FC and FM on audit requests.
You must have proven experience in the above mentioned tasks and ideally have experience of working within a group function. You must have strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise your workload and deadlines in this fast paced role. Full time or part time will be considered, however 4 days a week would be the minimum requirement.
