What the Job Involves The Fostering Hub Recruitment Support Worker plays a key role in supporting the recruitment and retention of foster carers. Serving as the first point of contact, you will handle inquiries, conduct initial assessments, and apply fostering policies to facilitate accurate advice and decision-making. You will assist with recruitment events, data management, and report generation, while collaboratively managing communications through newsletters and digital platforms. Additionally, you will coordinate and support training and recognition events and ensure the smooth execution of safeguarding procedures across the fostering services.
