Inside Sales Representative

Job Description
Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, the Inside Sales Representative sells products, processes customer orders, provides pricing and/or technical information, and finds solutions to customer problems in a timely manner.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Answers calls promptly, and professionally, listens attentively to the customers, understands and fulfils their needs;
2. Responds to the customer's inquiries in a timely manner;
3. On some occasions, negotiates special prices and conditions with customers and/or vendors as per criteria established by his Manager;
4. Takes necessary action to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner and follows-up and verifies commitments are met afterwards;
5. Proactively suggests associated and/or alternate products as needed;
6. Promotes focus product items to generate incremental sales;
7. Quickly informs the appropriate person (Business Centre Manager, Outside Sales Representative) of customer feedback with regards to price, products, service, etc.;
8. Maintains their technical knowledge up-to-date on various product lines and broaden system knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS:
9. preferable, or a combination of relevant professional training and experience;
10. Good English communication skills written and spoken
11. Demonstrated people skills;
12. Excellent organizational skills;
13. Knowledge of products and services sold within our market;
14. Must be customer service driven;
15. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
