A fantastic opportunity is available for a tech-savy and customer-focussed individual to work as a Customer Service Advisor for a reputable Housing Association in Sevenoaks on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with themunity and offer a best-in-class service to residents. This role offers hybrid working 2 days a week in the office following on frompleting a 3 month probation period.
Your new role
As the Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact for resident queries, dealing with a high volume of calls and emails that could relate to housing, anti-social behaviour, amongst others. This role will involve working to KPIs and SLAs so individuals need to be target-driven and focussed. This is a multi-channel role involving phone, email, livechat and social media so the ability to multi-task is imperative.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you must have experience in a call centre/customer service environment within an office where you will have dealt withplaints, ideally worked to KPIs/SLAs and have excellent digital/IT skills. You will need to be ideally be available at relatively short notice as this is a 12 month contract role and be within easy reach of Sevenoaks.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered a 12 month fixed term contract paying £29,631 with parking available either in town in the local car park or on a firste first service basis, generous annual leave, 3 days additional over Christmas, hybrid working 2 days in the office and 3 at home (afterpletion of 3 month probation).
