An Investment Bank is looking to hire an experienced Client Onboarding Analyst to join their global operations team. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring new client relationships are onboarded efficiently, in compliance with regulatory requirements, and to the high standards expected by both the business and our clients.

You will partner closely with Front Office, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences, manage complex stakeholder expectations, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring accurate collection, verification, and maintenance of client documentation.
* Act as a primary point of contact for Front Office, Relationship Managers, and other stakeholders regarding onboarding status and requirements.
* Build strong working relationships across sales & trading functions, influencing stakeholders and providing clear updates on onboarding progress
* Liaise with Compliance and Legal teams to resolve regulatory queries and ensure timely completion of due diligence.
* Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
* Maintain accurate client records within onboarding and lifecycle management systems.
* Ensure that client onboarding timelines align with business priorities while balancing risk and control requirements.

Key Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in client onboarding, or client lifecycle management within either buy side firms or capital markets/.
* Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC, MiFID, FATCA, GDPR, AMLD, etc.).
* Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including Front Office and senior business leaders, with confidence and professionalism.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and risk awareness.
* Understanding of financial products across FX, Derivatives, and/or Investment Banking services.
