Vehicle Technician – Worcester Main Dealer
1. Salary: Up to £45,000 basic, with OTE up to £48,000 + benefits
2. Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00, plus Saturdays on a rota basis
3. Contract: Full-time, Permanent
A busy main dealer in Worcester is looking for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their workshop team. This hands-on role involves servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards.
You’ll be part of a supportive and professional team, with access to ongoing manufacturer training and opportunities for career progression within the dealership group.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics in line with manufacturer standards
5. Perform MOT preparation and maintenance work as required
6. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and resolve vehicle faults
7. Maintain workshop standards and follow health and safety regulations
8. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high productivity
9. Complete accurate documentation of work carried out
Requirements:
10. Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or time-served experience
11. Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a main dealer environment
12. Proficient with diagnostic equipment and vehicle fault finding
13. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
14. Full UK Driving Licence
