Job Description:
At Homecare Gurus Ltd, we are searching for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to provide high-quality care to our clients in care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Assisting clients with mobility and daily living activities.
* Preparing meals and helping clients with nutrition.
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
* Recording observations and reporting any changes in client's condition.
* Engaging clients in social and recreational activities.
Requirements
* Previous UK Care home experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
* Day shifts availability
* Female carers are encouraged to apply
* Upto date Mandatory training certificates
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Empathetic nature with a strong desire to help others.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
* Relevant training in health and safety, manual handling, and first aid is a plus.
