Role: Wellbeing & Absence Administrator
Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE - Hybrid working, 3 days in office, 2 days from home (one of which is a Friday)
Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday
Are you passionate about promoting employee wellbeing and have experience in HR? We're looking for a resilient Wellbeing & Absence Administrator to join our team in Warwick!
Support and collaborate on wellbeing initiatives and occupational health management.
Handle welfare calls, medical referrals, and capability meetings.
General HR administration.
Proven experience in HR, specifically in wellbeing initiatives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with absence management systems.
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays: this is based on a 5 day working week (pro rata to 20 days plus Bank Holidays for a 4 day working week)
