Senior CRM Manager - 12-month FTC

London - hybrid, 4 days per week in office(no flex)

Up to 65,000

This is a high impact opportunity to step into a pivotal CRM leadership role during a period of significant transformation. You will join at a critical moment, taking ownership of day-to-day CRM delivery while leading a major CRM platform rollout and wider migration projects. With senior visibility and real influence, this role offers the chance to make a tangible mark on how CRM operates across the business.

The Role

* Lead operational CRM delivery across email, SMS and direct customer communications
* Own and deliver CRM transformation projects, including the rollout of a new CRM platform and wider migration initiatives
* Drive change management and adoption across teams during platform implementation
* Build more advanced CRM capability across segmentation, behavioural tracking and personalisation
* Manage multi channel campaigns and optimise end to end customer journeys
* Analyse customer journey data and campaign performance, translating insights into clear recommendations for senior leadership
* Oversee audience segmentation and targeting to deliver measurable, data driven outcomes
* Produce regular reporting on CRM performance, engagement and retention
* Partner closely with IT, digital and marketing teams to improve CRM and marketing automation capability

Your Skills and Experience

* Strong hands on CRM experience spanning operations, strategy and project delivery
* Proven capability across CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing, including acquisition, engagement and retention
* Experience delivering multi channel CRM campaigns across digital channels
* Exposure to multiple CRM platforms with genuine hands on involvement
* Experience supporting or leading CRM migrations or major platform changes
* Comfortable operating in fast paced environments and managing complex or challenging stakeholders
* Able to balance strategic thinking with execution and ownership
