My client is a Repair Bodyshop near Feltham, Middlesex, who are looking to recruit a Bodyshop Receptionist for their site. Our client is looking for a professional, friendly and enthusiastic person to join their team. Bodyshop Receptionist Role: Meet and greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Discuss customer’s requirements and assist with their needsEnsure all administrative functions within the bodyshop department are carried out in accordance with company policiesInform all relevant staff of forthcoming recall campaigns and changes in warranty/goodwill procedure
To use Auto flow Management Systems
Ensure all customer records / paperwork correctly Maintain relationships with other staff members, specialist repairers and manufacturers’ representativesMaintain knowledge of all procedures and documentationSupport other staff members in all administrative related matters As a Bodyshop Receptionist: You will have at least 8 years experience in a customer facing role, bodyshop experience would be an advantage You will need to be confident in computer programsYou will be organised and efficient to deal with the volume of paperworkYou will be friendly and approachable, and be expected to offer advice and corrective feedback to both technicians and service receptionYou will be disciplined with a passion for attention to detailYou will be a professional, enthusiastic and experienced individual with great customer service skills Bodyshop Receptionist Package is

Hours: Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm, No Weekends
