Robert Half is partnering with a US-headquartered, multi-billion turnover business to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner.
This is a hands-on role supporting a period of change, with a focus on forecasting, budgeting and post-acquisition integration. The business is looking for someone who can quickly get under the skin of the numbers, work closely with operational and commercial teams, and provide clear insight to senior stakeholders.
The Role
As Interim Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in improving visibility across financial performance and supporting the integration of recently acquired businesses into the wider group.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading forecasting and budgeting processes across key business areas
* Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders to challenge assumptions and improve financial decision-making
* Supporting post-acquisition integration activity, including reporting alignment, process improvement and controls
* Producing clear analysis on performance, risks, opportunities and key drivers
* Improving management information and helping standardise reporting across the group
* Working closely with senior finance leadership on planning, integration and commercial projects
* Supporting month-end insight, variance analysis and board-level reporting where required
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA
* Strong finance business partnering experience in a large, complex organisation
* Experience of budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Exposure to post-acquisition integration, transformation or group reporting would be highly beneficial
* Confident working with senior stakeholders across finance and non-finance teams
* Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
* US-owned, multinational or large corporate experience would be advantageous
