Job Title: Reception Administrator Location: Luther Street Medical Centre, PO Box 7, St. Aldates, Oxford, OX1 1UL Hours: 37 hours per week – Monday – Friday mixture of 8.00am – 4.00pm & 10.30am – 6.30pm shifts Trust Location: Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust Role type: Temporary for 3 months with possibility of extension What you’ll be responsible for: · Taking telephone calls and dealing with queries as the first port of call · Reception duties including welcoming / booking in patients face to face (the clientele is homeless people / people living in adverse housing) · Monitoring and actioning emails for specific team inboxes · Adhering to data protection and GDPR at all times · General office administration tasks – these can vary from day to day and is working in a fast paced environment This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
