Distribution Administrator - Immediate Start - Blandford/Hybrid - £26,228.00 We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Distribution Administrator for an immediate start. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting order processing, logistics coordination, and internal communications within a busy distribution environment. Key Responsibilities: Processing customer orders via EDI, email, and manual input Managing orders and deliveries via customer portals Coordinating with hauliers for deliveries, collections, and returns Updating spreadsheets and internal systems Handling POD requests, claims, and delivery queries Raising invoices and supporting delivery confirmations Producing daily warehouse documentation Supporting cross-department communication Key Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to learn new systems (ERP experience desirable) Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or admin-based roles preferred Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Flexible working pattern (08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00) Immediate start available Hybrid: 1-day WFH after 6 months Great Benefits Apply now or send your CV to Bond Williams Professional Recruitment are an equal opportunity employer and operate as an Employment Business and Recruitment Agency
