Lagan MEICA Ltd are Recruiting a Site Agent to Join their Dynamic Team.
The Site Agent will support with operational and people leadership on site to ensure our projects are delivered to budget, on time and to the highest standard. You will work with many people and stakeholders, developing excellent professional relationships. Having strong leadership skills, accompanied with excellent knowledge and expertise will be crucial in your role.

What you’ll bring
We are looking for someone with:
6. Level 6 Qualification (or above) in Construction Site Management (or similar relevant area)
7. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
8. Experience with Wastewater or Water Treatment plants
9. Working knowledge of civils and mechanical works within the water industry
10. Full Valid Driving License, that permits driving in the UK
11. Strong IT literacy, including MS Office and Management Systems
It would also be desirable to have:
12. Knowledge and experience with MS Project / Asta Powerproject / Primavera / P6
13. CSCS Black Card
14. First Aid at Work
15. Experience working under NEC4 Contracts
16. TWC training and experience
