Looking for a flexible role in hospitality where no two days are the same? We're on the hunt for a Casual Restaurant Supervisor to join our friendly team at the Holiday Inn, right here at Wolverhampton Racecourse.
You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and giving our guests a great experience.
What you'll be doing:
* Supervising restaurant and bar service during busy shifts
* Supporting and guiding the front-of-house team
* Making sure guests are looked after and service standards are met
* Handling guest queries and keeping the vibe positive
* Pitching in where needed – from setting up to closing down
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous hospitality or supervisory experience
* Is confident, friendly, and enjoys leading a team
* Can stay calm under pressure and keep things moving
* Is flexible and happy to work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends
