As an Operations Project Manager Vice President in the Network Management Data & Analytics team, you will be accountable for the timely execution of technology & analytics projects across Network Management. Your goal will be to digitalize and automate the Network Management data, function, and processes to reduce risk, enhance controls, and increase efficiency, ultimately improving service delivery.
Job responsibilities
1. Complete end-to-end delivery of a range of projects, managing, tracking, and reporting project progress from initiation through scope, requirements, build, testing, operational readiness, and implementation.
2. Define problem statements, gather and define requirements, analyze data, document recommendations, and prioritize delivery in partnership with Network Management and Technology teams.
3. Partner with cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Operations, and Data & Analytics teams.
4. Manage, escalate, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
5. Provide leadership to other business analysts throughout the project lifecycle, offering experience, peer review, support, and guidance.

* Strong project management and business analysis skills with a proven track record of consistent execution.
* Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
* Experience in proactive business process reengineering, with a tenacity to identify root causes and lead efforts to develop and implement creative solutions.
* Experience working within an agile development environment.
* Ability to define processes and utilize data across operational workflows.
* Attention to detail and ability to clearly communicate requirements.
* Strong investigative, problem-solving, and process re-engineering skills, capable of analyzing issues at both high and detailed levels.
* Ability to interpret issues, prioritize resolutions, and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
* Consistent ability to deliver results with minimal supervision, knowing when to seek assistance or escalate.
* Excellent team player with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships across all levels and functions.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Experience collaborating with other Project Managers and Business Analysts.
* Experience in the Financial Services industry.
