We are urgently seeking a DBS-cleared Temporary Receptionist to support a busy school head office based in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in front-of-house operations.
Location: Croydon | Start Date: ASAP | Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday | Pay: Competitive hourly rate
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming visitors, staff, and students in a professional and courteous manner
* Managing incoming calls and emails
* Handling deliveries and post
* Maintaining visitor logs and safeguarding procedures
* General administrative support as required
Requirements
* Enhanced DBS clearance (must be current and valid)
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Professional, calm, and approachable manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
